Orders are processed as they come in, regardless of the shipping method chosen. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. We pride ourselves in a quick turnaround, but we want to manage your expectations so that you are not disappointed.
Rush orders may be expedited for an additional charge; however, not all items are available for accelerated order processing and shipping. Please email hello@xivdesigns to inquire.
All of our jewelry will arrive in a fabric jewelry pouch and logo stamped jewelry box. If the item is a gift, please let us know and we will be happy to include complimentary gift wrap and a hand-written gift card. When you check out, please enter your message in the notes field.
XIV jewelry is handmade. Delivery time will vary from 1-6 weeks depending on the piece. If your order is not going to ship the week you place the order, we will email to let you know.
When your order is complete, it will ship via whatever method chosen at checkout. Expedited shipping only guarantees faster delivery once an item is made. If the item happens to be out of stock or unavailable, we will let you know by e-mail and get you an estimated delivery date.
All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
We will refund the paid amount for returned items, provided that the items are returned in an unworn, unused, and undamaged condition with the original XIV packaging within 5 business days of receipt. ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).
To receive a RA#, simply email us with the reason for the return. We will respond within 48 hours with instructions for returning your purchase. Returned packages must include: securely packaged merchandise in a padded mailer or corrugated box and the original invoice with the RA# written on it. Please also mark the exterior of the mailer or box clearly with the RA#. Items authorized for return must be postmarked within 5 days of RA# issuance.
We do not refund packing and postage charges. Return of goods for exchange or refund is entirely at your cost and risk.
Any custom items are FINAL SALE and are not subject to refund or exchange.
We strongly recommend using an insured mail carrier that offers package tracking and confirmation upon delivery of your returned items. We will not be responsible for packages lost during postage.
